Water into Wine's COVID-19 Policy

We are operating at 50% capacity in our dining room, per Knox County Health Department Guidelines.

Water into Wine's Guidelines

Curbside Service will continue if we are operating our dining room at 50% capacity until December 23, 2020.


Tables are still distanced and our bar has limited seating. Since we are operating with social distancing restrictions, our dining room and patio may be full, and we will not be able to serve you until a seat becomes available.


Our Bar has Plexiglass guards for your safety. Seating around the bar is limited. 


Operating hours could change as phases progress, so please be sure to look at our home page of our website for the latest information.


Phase Re-Opening Guidelines from Knox County recommend that you should STAY AT HOME if you:

  • are health compromised, immunity compromised, and/or your doctor recommends that you stay home,
  • have encountered a COVID-19 positive person in the last 14 days,
  • have had a recent fever or any COVID-19, Coronavirus, symptoms,
  • are uncomfortable or scared of dining with other people.


We ask that you follow recommended guidelines as follows:

  • wear a cloth face covering or mask, WHEN social distancing, is not available,
  • when coughing or sneezing please blow into your elbow,
  • wash your hands regularly.


We ask that you support our efforts by:

  • Not entering the restaurant without the guidance of our hostess or management team,
  • We understand you can not wear a mask while you eat and drink at your table, therefore masks are NOT REQUIRED while you are seated at your table,
  • Please respect our dining room restrictions, recommended to us by the Tennessee Pledge, and do not move tables or add chairs without the aide of our management team,
  • We must maintain the 6-foot distance between GROUPS. The TN Pledge defines a "GROUP" as up to ten adults. These are up to 10 people who you CHOOSE to congregate with at your table,
  • We will NOT be taking patron's temperatures,
  • To ensure the safety of everyone, we ask you to respect the TN Pledge and be responsible to take your own temperature before you visit us,
  • During your visit (during peak hours), please support a 2 1/2 hour maximum table time.
  • We will be leaving ink pens with your check, please feel free to take them home with you.
  • All pens, menus, and surfaces are sanitized after each patron visit.
  • No reservations will be available on YELP until further notice.
  • Please wash your hands when you visit the restroom, touch your face, or come in contact with anyone in the restaurant,
  • We will provide hand sanitizer for your use upon entering or leaving the restaurant.

Water into Wine in Knoxville, TN requires face masks of all employees. It would be inaccurate to portray any social media post as current practices at our business. We will not be taking down posts without face masks. A smile can inspire another smile.

Restaurant Overview

Water into Wine is at 50% capacity until December 23, 2020 according to KCHD, or unless otherwise released from the restriction.


Last Call will be at 9:50 PM but customers can stay and finish their food and drinks.


We will not be taking patron's temperatures.


Up to 10 people will be able to dine on our outdoor patio.


W2W is regularly cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces, check books, tables, chairs, menus, and pens.


During peak hours, please support a 2 1/2 hour maximum table time.


Reservations are recommended and can be made on YELP or through our website.
